Engagement workflows will help you deliver content to your patients via email. The 5 engagement features are as follows:
As you can see the Workflow is tied to a specific patient group, specific trigger, and schedule. In order for your patients to receive the email content they will first need to be associated with a patient group.
- When you create your patient's profile, add the custom tag "Welcome" to trigger the Registration workflow.
Time of the Appointment
- When the patient arrives at the clinic for their appointment, check them in by adding the custom tag "Arrive" to trigger the NPS and Reactivation Emails.
NPS and Social Review
- When your patient receives the NPS email and scores your clinic greater than 7, the patient is added to the NPS promoters patient group and trigger the Social Review email.
