Message Your Therapist

Within the Keet app, you can message your therapist directly using our in-app messaging feature. If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact your clinic directly. 

1. Click on the Messaging in the bottom right corner.

2. Click the New Message icon in the top right corner.

3. It will bring you to the New Message page. From here you need to select the To: text box.

4. After selecting this text box, the names of any therapist, or clinical staff, assigned to your account will populate. Select the individual you wish to message directly.

5. Enjoy one-on-one interaction with your therapist.
