Not to worry, there are a few reasons why you might be experiencing a little trouble logging into your Keet account. There is a solution to every problem and this article will help guide you through some common login errors and help ensure you get back into your account.
You must have an active Keet account to log onto the website or patient portal. If you feel you have not yet registered for an account, contact your clinic's office manager or therapist to send you an invitation via email to receive an account registration link.

Invalid Username and Password
If you see the "Invalid Username and Password" message on your screen, it is likely to be for the following reasons:
1. You mistyped your email address
2. You registered the account using a different email address
3. Your username is something other than your email address
4. You mistyped your password
If you feel you have entered the information correctly, click on the 'forgot password' link. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password, and access your account.
If you don't receive an email after 15 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, it is most likely that you have registered with a different email address. In this case, contact Keet Support at email@example.com
That's okay, it happens! Click on the "Forgot username" links for either a patient or clinical staff user.

Clinical Staff User
1. Click on the Forgot therapist clinical staff username?
2. Keet Help Center will pop up on the right of your screen.
3. Click Contact Us
4. Click Username and Password Recovery
5. Complete form and Send. A support ticket will be created.
Locked out of your account
After 4 attempts to enter your username and password, the system will provide you a warning that after 1 more attempt you will be locked out of your account. As for your safety, this is just a precaution and only temporary. The account will be unlocked after 5 minutes.
Unlock Instructions will also be sent to your email or after 5 minutes you may attempt to login. If you still receive the "invalid username and login" message you can click on the Help button to contact Support for further assistance.
You may have received a temporary password from either your clinic administrator or Keet support. You can only use the temporary password once and will be immediately prompted to reset your password on the next screen. Note that the Current Password upon reset will be the temporary password you were provided.
If your temporary password is not working it is likely for one of the following reasons:
1. It has been more than 72 hours and the temporary password has expired
2. You mistyped the temporary password

You may receive this message after accepting a clinic's invite to register your Keet account as a patient or care team member. If you received this message in error, please contact Keet Support for username and password recovery. firstname.lastname@example.org
Patient Mobile App
The Keet Health mobile app is for patient use only. The patient app portal will allow you to view your care plan and home exercises assigned to you by your therapist. For appointments and billing, please contact your clinic to which you receive care.
From the mobile app login screen, you may click on either the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links and fill out the corresponding forms. If you do not receive the emails there may be an issue with your account, in this case, contact Keet Support email@example.com or call 512-401-3027 option 1.
You may also follow these steps to complete a Username and Password Recovery form.
1. From Either the Forgot Username or Forgot Password form click "Back to Login"
2. Click on the Help Center button that will appear on the bottom right.
3. Bottom right, Click on Contact Us
4. Click on Username and Password Recovery
5. Complete form and Send
