Workflows Overview

After subscribing to Keet, clinic owners will receive a schematic detailing the messaging workflows that are powered by Keet. Workflows automate the delivery of content (exercises, patient-reported outcome forms, education, email) to patient Keet accounts or by email.

As an admin user, you can also view these workflows by navigating to Workflows in the upper-right hand navigation. After clicking "View Workflow", you will be able to see the following attributes:

-The Title of the workflow
-The Patient Group associated with the workflow.
-The Trigger associated with the workflow (i.e. what event causes this workflow to activate?).
-The Schedule associated with the workflow (i.e. how long before or after the trigger is met does the workflow send out?).
-The Content associated with the workflow (Emails, Texts, Surveys, Education, Care Plans).
