Add a location to your Keet account

This article will provide instructions on how to add an additional location to your Keet account. This request will need to be completed via the Keet support team.


1. Send an email to support@keethealth.com 

2. In the subject of the email include the following text: "[Location/Clinic Name] Adding New "Location"

3. In the body of the email, include the following:

  • Location/clinic name
  • Location/clinic address
  • Location/clinic phone number
  • The location/clinic EMR
  • List of therapist users (first name, last name, email address)

After this request has been processed, any applicable changes to your pricing structure will be reflected in the following month's invoice.
