If a care team member did not receive an email inviting them to activate their Keet account or they did not activate their account in a timely manner, you can resend the invitation.
Resend Admin Invite
An admin user has the ability to resend an admin's Keet account invitation.
- Click Care Team in the upper navigation bar.
- Select Admins.
- Locate the admin's profile tile and click the three dots in the top right corner of the tile.
- Select Resend Invitation.
Resend Therapist Invite
An admin user has the ability to resend a therapist's Keet account invitation.
- Click Care Team in the upper navigation bar.
- Select Therapists.
- Locate the therapist's registration tile and click the three dots in the top right corner of the tile.
- Select Resend Invitation.
