Resend Care Team User Invite

If a care team member did not receive an email inviting them to activate their Keet account or they did not activate their account in a timely manner, you can resend the invitation.

Resend Admin Invite

An admin user has the ability to resend an admin's Keet account invitation. 

  1. Click Care Team in the upper navigation bar.
  2. Select Admins.
  3. Locate the admin's profile tile and click the three dots in the top right corner of the tile.
  4. Select Resend Invitation.

Resend Therapist Invite 

An admin user has the ability to resend a therapist's Keet account invitation. 

  1. Click Care Team in the upper navigation bar.
  2. Select Therapists.
  3. Locate the therapist's registration tile and click the three dots in the top right corner of the tile.
  4. Select Resend Invitation.
