Create an Exercise

1. Click Library in the upper navigation bar.

2. Select Exercises

3. Click CREATE EXERCISE.

4. Input relevant data on the Basic tab.
Note: The only required field is the exercise Name. You can also set the visibility based on your preference. 

5. Input tags and filters on the Details tab to allow future ease of access and searchability within the library. You’ll want to find this later.

6. Upload a URL link from Youtube, Vimeo, etc in the Photo/Video tab. To include a photo, the image needs to be hosted on a photo website such as GIPHY in order to get a URL. Be sure the content you are uploading is not copyrighted. 

 

7. Set a custom schedule for this exercise. This schedule will be the default schedule every time you add this exercise to a patient.

8. Click Save changes.

 

Trouble uploading an image?

If you are having trouble uploading an image, it is most likely due to a bad URL resource. We recommend using a third-party host to create a URL Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or web resource for the images that you would like to upload. If you do not want to use web hosting services you may also go to image.google.com.

   Get an image URL on Google
  1. Do a search on images.google.com for the image you want to find
  2.  Right-click the image
  3.  Depending on what browser you're using, select the image URL by clicking one of these: Google Chrome: Copy image address. Safari: Copy image address. Internet Explorer: Properties Copy the URL address shown
  4.  Paste the Copied URL it to the Keet exercise window and save the exercise
  5. Click Preview to ensure the image is viewable 

Third-Party Host -Web Hosting 

  1.  Set up an account with a third-party host. A third-party host is typically free web hosting services.  
  2. Upload the photo file to the web hosting service to create the URL. Photo extensions can be .png or .jpeg
  3.  Copy the URL and paste it to the Keet exercise window and save the exercise.
  4.  Click Preview to ensure the image is viewable
