Did you receive a notification that a patient messaged you, but you don't see it? This article will show you where that message is located.
A patient can only send a message to Clinicians they are associated with, and messages can only be seen on the profile they were sent to. That means you'll have to switch over to the profile that the patient sent the message to (the message is usually on your therapist profile).
Switch profiles
1. Click your profile in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select from the profiles on the list. Notice some say show as Admin and some as Therapist. Select the Therapist profile.
3. Look for a teal dot on the Messaging Notification box in the top right corner once you've loaded into your other profile and click it.

4. Click View All.
You'll be brought into the Messaging dashboard where you can write back to your patient.
