If you do not have a current integration established with your EMR, you will need to manually trigger your workflows by adding the corresponding custom tag to your patient's profile. If you do not know how to create a tag, review this article: Custom Tags
Once the tag is created, ensure that the custom tag is associated with a patient group that is assigned to an active workflow before adding the tag to the remainder of that patient demographics. For more information about patient groups, review this article: Create a Patient Group
Manually trigger workflows for a patient
The following example of adding the "arrived" tag to a patient's profile will trigger the NPS and Reactivation Email Workflows if enabled.
1. Click PATIENTS in the top menu bar.
2. Find the patient from the patient list and click ACTIONS.
3. Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
4. Type the custom tag Arrived [your clinic name] in the Custom Tag field.
5. Click SAVE.
