MIPS Performance Reports Troubleshooting Guide

Need Help?

If you are finding patients on your MIPS Performance Reports that you feel should not be populating- follow the troubleshooting guide below to see what could be the issue!

Getting Started

  • Ensure that you have downloaded the most recent version of the MIPS Performance Reports from Keet
      • Updated Reports will be available for access every Monday morning
  • Sign into your Keet account as well as your EMR

Episode of Care

  • On your downloaded MIPS Performance Report you will want to locate the date listed for the patient under column "Q" (eoc_started_at)
    • This is the Episode of Care start date and the system is looking for forms tied to this event
  • In your EMR locate the patient and look for an appointment (Initial Eval) scheduled on this date
    • The forms that are filled out in keet for the patient should occur within 3 days of the Initial Eval appointment

Case ID

  • On your downloaded MIPS Performance Report you will want to locate the number listed for the patient under column "O" (emr_case_id)
  • In the EMR under Case Information you will want to locate the Case ID# that is linked to the Initial Eval date- if you are using Clinicient this will be the highlighted number as seen in the example below:mceclip0.png
    • These number should be the same- this means that you are on the correct case for this patient

Compare to Forms in Keet

  • Locate the patient's profile in Keet
  • Confirm that there is a MIPS Qualification Form (MQF) and subsequent PRO form filled out within 3 days of the Episode of Care start date found on the report
  • If the patient is being seen for more than one region of injury or Episode of Care you will need to have an MQF filled out for each in order for the system to recognize this
